Supporting Carers in Primary Care Event

Funded by the Department of Health , the primary care and community links project is one of three inter-related work streams within the Supporting Carers in General Practice Programme which aim to improve the early identification of carers. The two other work streams are being led by The Royal College of GPs and Carers UK
