No Health without Mental Health

On the 2 February 2011 the Department of Health launched No Health without Mental Health, the government’s new mental health strategy replacing New Horizons.

No Health without Mental Health is identified as a cross-government outcomes strategy for people of all ages.

The strategy’s key themes are:

  • Whole family working
  • Community driven and local decision making
  • Increasing the availability of the IAPT (Increasing Access to Psychological
    Therapies) programme.
